Dia de los Muertos celebrated by local community – Albuquerque, New Mexico

Albuquerque, New Mexico 2021-10-24 22:10:55 –

Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – Over 20 vendors revived on Sunday. They showed off their work at the “Diade Los Muertos Community Celebration” event.

On Sunday afternoon, people flooded the La Parada shop and Farm and Table restaurant in northern Albuquerque for a free event. We are eager to see and buy a variety of arts and crafts, jewelry, clothing and more from local vendors.

“I think it’s especially important right now because I keep listening to supply issues and clogging of cargo ships, and there are local artists in New Mexico who have beautiful works, music and food. The animals were blessed with beautiful weather today and I couldn’t ask for anything more, “says vendor Jennifer Trujillo.

The organizers thanked everyone who attended on Sunday and said they hope the event will be even bigger next year.
