Del Mar College, along with South Texas Family Planning & Health Cor, offers five on-campus vaccination clinics for current and future students during August.
These free clinics offer meningitis, TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough), hepatitis A and B, HPV, COVID-19 vaccines.
All vaccination clinics will be held at the Harbin Student Centers on Ayers Street and Baldwin Boulevard on the East Campus.
- Saturday, August 14th, 10am to 2pm
- Saturday, August 21st, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (COVID-19 vaccine available only on this date)
- Tuesday, August 24, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, August 25, 9 am to 1 pm
- Saturday, August 28, 10 am-2pm
Although not required, Delmar University has stated that it strongly recommends that current and future students receive COVID-19 vaccination. The meningococcal vaccine is required for all freshmen under the age of 21, as required by the Texas Senate Bill 62.
Classes for the fall semester will begin on Monday, August 30th.
