Nag’s Head, North Carolina (Rippling) — A couple was arrested 30 years ago in connection with the finding of an infant’s body in a trash can in North Carolina.
On the morning of April 4, 1991, members of the Nags Headquarters Police Station were asked to report a human body found on a shelf containing trash cans. According to police release, when police arrived at the scene, they found the body of an infant whose gender could not be identified due to advanced putrefaction.
