Dr. Alicia B. Harvey Smith, President of Pittsburgh Technical College, was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Institute for Higher Education Research and Development (HERDI) and learned by New Pittsburgh Courier.
HERDI connects higher education with the United States of America by providing a forum for meaningful dialogue between business leaders, presidents and presidents of major universities across the country.
“We are honored to be appointed to the Advisory Board of an important and prestigious organization like HERDI,” Dr. Harvey Smith said in a statement on September 9. To share ideas, improve products and services, and provide better service to students. We look forward to the opportunity to help business leaders better understand the needs of the independent university market, primarily for two years. “
The HERDI Advisory Board, made up of university leaders selected by over 100 peers, secretly assists clients in researching, sharpening, transforming and refining their marketing messages and strategies. Candid comments, reviews and critiques are shared directly with clients to support market expansion and the success of the entire organization.
