Myrtle Beach SC (WBTW) — The Ed Venture Children’s Museum in Myrtle Beach will reopen on Saturday in a new large space at Market Common.
The new location is Market Common’s 4005 Howard Avenue.
The new space will include a play Publix grocery store, dental clinic, clinic, car work center, special infant-only area, and various manufacturer spaces.
In addition to the exhibits, there is also a classroom space that allows small groups to demonstrate and perform.
“I think it’s important to provide workforce development here because children may have parents who work in grocery stores or in clinics where they work in dentists. Children are here. You can come and see what it really is, said Jessica Gregory, Ed Venture Myrtle Beach Manager.
The museum will be open to the public on Saturday at 10am
Admission to Ed Venture Myrtle Beach is $ 8 for children and adults, and $ 7 for seniors, the military, and educators.
Family members receiving SNAP, WIC, or Medicaid benefits can receive a discount on admission.
