Boulder County, Colorado — Efforts to bring back three of the seven Boulder Valley School District Board of Education failed, according to the secretary of Boulder County.
Monday was the deadline for the recall committee to submit three petitions with sufficient signature. As of 5 pm, no petition has been submitted to the clerk’s office, and clerk Molly Fitzpatrick said the secretariat is considering a recall effort.

The petition was originally Submitted in September To bring back Vice President Kathy Gebhart in District C.Richard Garcia, District G and Lisa Sweeney-Milan, District A, about the decisions made during the COVID-19 pandemic Public health order Published by Boulder Public Health, which requires all students over the age of 2 to wear a mask.
In the tweet, Sweeney-Miran thanked the community for their support.

The BVSD said in September that petitioners would need to collect 15,000 signatures per petition in order to trigger a recall.
