According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, the Birdseye fire in northeastern El Paso County will be completely contained on Sunday, allowing displaced residents to return home.
21 acres or more of fire Forced evacuation About 150 homes on Friday within a 2 mile radius of 19000 blocks of Peyton’s Bird Gee View. According to the sheriff’s office, evacuated residents can return home at noon on Sunday.
The fire was 100% contained on Sunday morning. It started with the structure and then spread. One structure was burnt and another was partially burned. No one was injured by the flames.
