The fall editions of Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabric, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles and Yarn Expo have been postponed from October 9th to 11th, 2021 due to the surge in COVID-19 incidents in China. The textile fair was originally scheduled to be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai at the end of this month.
“We have adhered to government guidelines for the containment of pandemics and have decided to postpone the fair from the initial August timing, following discussions with stakeholders so that exhibitors and buyers can plan ahead. We have already confirmed the new dates for the three simultaneous fairs, from October 9th to 11th, “said Wendy Wen, Senior General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. In the statement.
“We appreciate the understanding and continued support of all three fair participants as we continue to operate during uncertain times. High quality international in three sectors for the fall / winter procurement season. Dedicated to providing a trading platform, overseas suppliers can participate through a hybrid exhibition scheme even if they cannot go directly to Shanghai. “
