Top US health officials will testify in front of the Senate Health Education and Labor Pensions Commission on Tuesday at a hearing on the Covid-19 pandemic, which infected more than 191 million people and killed about 4.1 million people.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, Chief Medical Advisor of the White House and Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, will speak with Dr. Rochelle Walensky, Director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Janet Woodcock, Deputy Commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration, and Dawn O’Connell, Assistant Secretary of State for Preparation and Response of the US Department of Health and Human Services, will also speak.
