Ford reveals six custom Bronco concepts for the 2021 SEMA show

The 2021 SEMA show is just around the corner. Ford is coming to Las Vegas, prepared with a total of six Broncos customized by some of the most famous brands in the aftermarket industry.

Of the 6 vehicles, 4 Full size Broncos The other two are based on Bronco Sport.. There’s an interesting combination of practicality, practicality, clever design, and over-the-top changes that have come to be expected in SEMA builds. Ford says all of these vehicles feature parts from Ford’s own performance department, licensed partners, and other aftermarket sources. Here’s how they all stack on top of each other.

The first Bronco on the list is a fun off-road-themed two-door variation with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine and based on Badlands trim levels. Vaughn Gittin Jr. Customized by RTR Vehicles and comes with a collection of Ford Performance and officially licensed parts such as performance intake systems, sports exhausts and the new off-road Dana axle. Behind the RTR forged beadlock wheels and 37-inch tires, the Fox Performance Elite 2.5 coilover is paired with the Long Travel Suspension Kit.

The second Bronco to make its SEMA debut is another full-size two-door, this time based on Black Diamond trim. Designed with BDS suspension, it turns the Bronco into a makeshift fire truck with an outdoor rear section and bright red paint. The front has a CrawlTek Revolution bumper with built-in recovery hooks and winch and a skid plate for bashing even on the toughest trails. With a Fox 2.5 PES coilover, a rear adjustable control arm, and a cut-out swayer underneath, the 37-inch BF Goodrich KM3 tires help provide ultimate traction in any environment.

Next is the group’s first 4-door Bronco, based on the Badlands Trim Truck and customized by the Tucci Hot Rod. Probably the most ridiculous of the group, it comes with Mattracks 88 Series Quad Tracks in all four corners for true ubiquitous features. There is a snowboard rack on the roof along with a light bar. Even cooler, it’s the only Bronco in the group that features an optional 7-speed manual transmission.

The last full-frame Bronco of choice for Ford is this Outer Banks model rethinked by LG E-CTS Motorsport. The other 4-door model is based on the Outer Banks model and comes with a 3-inch suspension lift, front and rear Baja Forged bumpers, an upgraded sound system, and some neat aftermarket storage solutions. ..

The first Bronco Sport on the list is also the second car customized by LG E-CTS Motorsport and features several similar upgrades. It has a 2-inch suspension lift, lock sliders, off-road lights, fender flares, and upgraded front and rear swayers. Below the hood are also a warning winch for the 2.0-liter Ecoboost engine, a tubular bumper, and a Borla exhaust.

Last but not least, this Badlands series Bronco Sport is customized with CGS performance parts. Probably the most subtle, the bright red SUV still has a solid collection of upgrades, making it a good fit for a Bronco nameplate. Forged wheels wrapped in Toyo all-terrain tires, bumper and hitch reinforcements, lock lights and underbody lights. The engine also gets a cold air intake and a catback exhaust.
