Atlanta (CBS46) — On August 9, a former part-time / temporary employee of the Emory Autism Center was arrested after the discovery of graffiti, racial slurs, and swastikas at the center.
The man was identified as Roy Lee Gordon Jr., according to the Sheriff’s Office of Decalve County and the Emory Police Department. Gordon’s warrant was issued on August 20th.
“This incident was a priority for the entire department, including the security systems team,” says Emory Police Chief Cheryl D. Elliott. “I am proud of the work from the team and our law enforcement partners to recognize that this case is sensitive to our community and to come up with a solution.”
