Las Vegas (FOX5)-According to JW Marriott, the former Fontaine Blow will open in October 2023.

Marriott said on its website that the property, which will open in the fourth quarter of 2023, “leads a new generation of Las Vegas resorts.” The property features more than 3,700 guest rooms and suites, as well as more than 500,000 square feet of conference and convention space.

The property also offers retail stores, spas, nightlife, pools, casinos and meals. Marriott said the resort will be the only integrated resort connected to the expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center via a pedestrian bridge.

In 2019, it was announced that the property would open in 2022, before the COVID-19 pandemic. Koch Industries purchased this property in February 2021.

The resort was originally named Fountainebleau Las Vegas and renamed Drew before real estate tycoon Stephen Whitkov bought the property in 2017.
