Lihue, Kauai (KHON2) — A 65-year-old man was sentenced to imprisonment without the possibility of parole after being convicted of murdering his landlord in 2018.

On Monday, October 18, the judge agreed with the jury’s finding that Peter Gruwer’s crime was “cruel, cruel, or cruel, indicating extraordinary fall.”
