Olathe, Kang (AP) — A former Olathe teacher was convicted of the reckless stalking of a girl he taught in elementary school.
Renexa’s 59-year-old James Loganville was convicted Wednesday after a 12-year-old girl testified to him.
In March 2020, Loganbill admitted to police that he was obsessed with a girl in a classroom at the Meadow Lane Elementary School. He took 230 photos and 31 videos of the girl’s legs and hips.
The girl was 10 years old at the time. Loganville’s ruling is scheduled for November 3. His lawyer said he would try to overturn the conviction of the appeal.
