Canadian County (KFOR) -Early Saturday morning, a head-on collision on Interstate 40 near El Reno injured and killed four people, including an adolescent woman.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has not yet identified four victims, but described them as adult female drivers, adult male passengers, adult female passengers, and boy females.
All four victims were traveling west-west on the I-40 in Hyundai in 2003.
A 33-year-old Moore woman was driving the 2017 Jeep Renegade east in the westbound lane of the I-40. At around 1:37 am, she had a head-on collision with Hyundai, according to an OHP news release.
The shock sent the jeep into the ditch, where it flipped over. According to a news release, Hyundai entered the median strip and ignited there.
All three modern adults have died on the scene. According to a news release, the girl was sentenced to death at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Elrino.
The Jeep driver was admitted to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, where she was listed in danger of being injured inside her arms, legs and torso.
The Oklahoma Coroner’s Office is working to officially identify the four victims of the crash.
A fatal conflict is under investigation.
