Being part of an innovative team is exciting. Energy, creative processes, relationships, and the satisfaction of working are all the product of a high-level team. When you are a young leader, this quality group feels like a dream.

It’s easy to think that restrictions don’t apply. In a sense, no restrictions apply — until they do.

The limitation is our body’s way of saying, “I have enough.” Often this is fatigue, fatigue, ForgetfulnessDecreased passion, increased irony, and many other symptoms.
