Franklin County, Missouri (KMOV.com)-Franklin County has issued a Maskman Date that will take effect Thursday midnight.

The mandate is passed by the Franklin County Commission and will take effect on Friday, November 20th at 12:01 am and will expire on December 20th.

As of Thursday, the county has 4,311 cases and 57 deaths. According to the data, the positive rate is 15.78%.

The county has reported 832 new COVID-19 cases in the last 10 days.
