The two cars were actively driving, and at some point they blocked the passage of another car. After that, all three vehicles joined the I-64 and moved west towards Louisville.

Near the I-64 Shelby County Line, a blue Kia Rio driver rolled down a passenger seat window and fired three shots at the driver’s side of the victim’s truck. The truck driver and his child were not injured.

Both Kia and Lincoln got off I-64 and were last seen near Shelbyville’s B and N markets.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in identifying a black-haired white woman, the driver of a blue Kia Rio called Medium Build. She is probably in her mid-20s.
