A company in Jackson, Ohio, has discovered that soy-containing ingredients may have been mixed with recalled products that normally do not contain soy. Also, soybeans are not listed on the product label.
The frozen, inedible meat sauce spaghetti was produced on April 22nd. This product has an 8.5 oz paperboard tray with a lid containing “Michelina’s Minced Meat Sauce Spaghetti” with lot code J1112N8 “BEST BY22 APR2022”. There is a UPC code of “717854105039” on the label at the bottom.
It was shipped to retail stores nationwide. There are no confirmed reports of side effects.
Consumers who purchase products should not consume them. Instead, they should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
