Google CEO Sundar Pichai said in the recent outbreak of Covid-19, the company will extend employee office returns until October 18.

Previously, employees were able to voluntarily return to the office until September.
“We are excited to start reopening the campus and encourage Google employees who feel they can safely access sites that are already open to continue to participate,” Pichai said. According to Pichai, the company will closely monitor the data and notify employees at least 30 days in advance before moving to a full office reinstatement plan.
