Hawaii health care workers organize candlelight vigil to honor those affected by coronavirus – Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu (KHON2) — Kaiser Permanente healthcare professionals, UNITE HERE Local 5 members, Hawaiian nurses and healthcare professionals held a candlelight vigil to honor those affected by COVID-19.

Alerts will take place on Wednesday, May 12, at 7 pm at the Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center.

The Moanalua Medical Center is located at 3288 Moanalua Road.Organizers ask the general public to meet at 6:30 pm

Alerts are aimed at recognizing the sacrifices that essential workers had to make and remembering those who died for COVID-19.

Dozens of Kaiser healthcare workers, hotel workers and community members will attend the rally.
