HAWAII WEATHER – Wind Advisory issued for east end of state – Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu (KHON2) – Locally strong and gusty trade winds and stable, slightly dry conditions will continue for the next few days.

Winds will soften in the middle of the week as the highs far northeast of the state weaken.

It will remain fairly dry on Tuesday, with windward showers expected to increase primarily in the middle of the week.

Due to the strong and gusty trade winds and the fairly dry and stable atmosphere, almost severe fire weather conditions will continue until Monday.

A slight wind drop is expected on Monday and Tuesday, but the leeward will remain dry.
