After a few rainy days, the rest of the week will be a little dry. Stalled fronts on Carolina weaken today as dry air flows in. Thunderstorms are still possible, but there are more blows or failures than in the last few days. With a little more sunshine today, temperatures rise, with coastal peaks rising to nearly 90 degrees in the mid-1980s.
Most areas remain dry on Thursdays, with temperatures off the coast warming until the late 90’s. This more typical summer weather follows Friday, with storms scattered on Friday afternoons. High temperatures can be low in the 80’s and 90’s throughout the weekend, with more sunshine and most dry conditions.
