Honolulu blues has Lee T in full football mode for Week 4 Bay City predictions – Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu, Hawaii 2021-09-20 03:49:42 –

Bay City, Michigan – By the 4th week, I will usually be in full football mode.

But that’s not because I’ve been playing high school games for three weeks.

That’s because my hope was raised and shattered by the Detroit Lions. Until that happens, it doesn’t look like a football season-and the season opener is usually all you need to give me Honolulu Blue.

Lions can’t just lose. They can’t just be blown away and call it good. They can’t gently disappoint you.

They absolutely have to do something to give hope to your mind, for example, gather from depth with two touchdowns and two two-point conversions over a 43-second span that spins your head. .. Then they must rush to the moment of truth and tear their hearts out of your chest.

Detroit’s defeat to the San Francisco 49ers 41-33 put me in full football mode. To reassure me that football mode is a good thing, I always take action in the fourth week of high school.

I can’t wait to see a comfortable soccer game.

Test your skills and share this week’s spotlight game recommendations on my Facebook page. If you beat me, you have a chance to win a goofy little prize at the end of the season. Greg Blair, Jeff Doan and Chad Plarske posted a 9-1 record last week, surpassing my 8-2 mark.

But that was before I was in full football mode. Stupid lions.

Let’s pick!

Lee T’s recommendation

Spotlight Game: Week 3 – 8-2 (.800)

Spotlight Games: Season – 25-5 (.833)

All Games: Week 2 – 15-6 (.714)

All Games: Season – 49-16 (.754)

Spotlight game

Bay City All Saint (2-1) at PECK (3-0)

AllSaints is performing sensationally in the 62-24 rampage of Caseville. But cougars cannot rely on their glory. They have the ability to compete with some of the best eight-player teams on Thumb, but they haven’t proved it yet. This week’s victory will be noteworthy. Having just finished .500 in the last four seasons, Peck has a hot start and challenges. Peck 32, All Saints 22

It’s a new day for Western football. Warriors has made the best start since 2012, is already approaching the best season, and is producing followers from everyone. Their gritty running game looks real behind Joe Wiedyk and Logan O’Hare, and their first string defenses are also rugged. The heritage also looks like an improved team, which is an essential showdown for both playoff applicants. Bay City Western 28, Heritage 14

Tri-Valley East may have three top teams in the state and does not have enough championships. When 8th place Gerber hosts 5th place Freeland, it’s time to see how good these teams really are. Freeland won the final district showdown last year with an unstoppable attack. This time, the Duke is attacking to maintain his pace. Freeland 30, Gerber 28

When the original opponent cancels the game for the fourth week, we praise both schools for finding each other. Once upon a time, these teams were enemies of the Northeastern Michigan Conference, so some may feel like they used to be. Gladwyn may be unstoppable with too many weapons, but unlike what he has faced so far this season, he will be tested. Gladwyn 30, Ogemo 20

Harrison (2-1) of Pinconing (1-2)

Pinconing wants to take advantage of the coveted momentum with a pleasing victory in the third week. The next step is to defeat a team not named Farwell for the first time since 2018. Look for a Spartan to play with a new level of confidence, but look for Harrison to play old-fashioned brand football. Harrison 35, Pinconing 12

Frankenmuth (3-0) John Glenn (2-1)

After a lot of excitement at the start of 2-0, Bobcat was returned to Earth a bit after being defeated by Alma in the third week. Frankenmuth brings another kind of real-life sound. Bobcats have improved significantly, but are not yet ready for one of the state’s best programs. The 9th Defending Tri-Valley East Champion Eagles is a daunting task for everyone. Frankenmuth 42, John Glenn 12

Bay City Central (0-3) Midland (1-2)

Midland brought a 56-0 setback to Bay City Central a year ago. This is the most one-sided defeat since 1973. How monumental it would be if the wolf returned a year later and won. I’m telling you that it’s possible-and that’s exactly the shot in the arms that this team needs. But wolves are now taking a small step, so it will be classified as a big leap. Midland 28, Bay City Central 21

Beaverton (0-3) Prime Meridian (0-3)

The two tough programs are off to a featureless start, one of which is saddled with a 0-4 mark. A year ago, they did a classic 6-0 defensive dogfight that Beaverton won, which could work as well. Beaverton 12, Meridian 6

Millington (3-0) Standish Sterling (3-0)

Standish Sterling is full of surprises this season. After doing 1-6 a year ago, the Panthers rolled archival pinconing by an unexpected margin, astonishing traditional state power Isaka, and of Block Creek, who was expected to compete for the TVC West title. Defeated the squad. Do they have the biggest shocker in their sleeves with a powerful Millington on the docket? Millington 35, Standish Sterling 24

Rockets may be packed with seven years of frustration for this. Reese hasn’t won the annual Sugar Bowl match since 2013. Currently, neighboring rivals are interfering with the first 4-0 start since 2012. VitoTuteraField rocks this. Reese 20, Union Building-Sheave Wing 18
