Honolulu Zoo to offer free admission to those who get vaccinated at their pop-up clinic – Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu (HawaiiNewsNow)-The Honolulu Zoo has announced that it will host a pop-up vaccination clinic on Friday to offer the first and second COVID shots.

According to the zoo, Hawaii Pacific Health’s Vax Squad will manage shots from the mobile bus between 10 am and 3 pm.

Health officials said that those who received the first COVID shot could choose between Pfizer shots for people over 12 years old and Johnson & Johnson vaccines for people over 18 years old.

Hawaii Pacific Health said the second dose of Pfizer vaccine will also be available to those who received their first injection at the zoo’s pop-up clinic on June 26th.

Guests who receive shots on the site will receive free admission to the zoo.

If you are interested, please enter from Gate 6 on Monsarrat Avenue instead of the front door of the zoo. Walk-ins are welcome.
