New Orleans — An affiliate of Certares Real Estate Management and HRI Hospitality has announced that it will add two properties to its portfolio: Double Tree Suites by Hilton Hotel Doheny Beach in Dana Point, California and Hilton San Antonio Hill Country in San Antonio.

According to a press release, the 196 Double Tree Suites offer “luxury all-suite accommodation, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, 13,643 square feet of indoor / outdoor event space, and two dining options. The 226 Hilton features 55 guest room suites, 3 outdoor heated pools, and a 24-hour fitness center. 3 dining options include Spur Texas Kitchen & Bar, Grab and Go Cafe, and weekend dining. There is a seasonal pool bar. The property boasts 13 event rooms totaling over 12,640 square feet. “

Buyers said both hotels plan to comprehensively refurbish public spaces and rooms. Dana Point will be rebranded after the refurbishment is completed in 2023.
