NS. LOUIS (KMOV.com)-The Missouri Humane Society has rescued nearly 100 dogs from breeders in Urbana, Missouri.
The dog arrived at the Humane Society location on Macklind Avenue in St. Louis on Tuesday afternoon. Some of the rescued puppies are 10 weeks old. Officials say the breeder worked without a license and kept the dog substandard.
“They lived in a small kennel, they didn’t have space to run, play, and some didn’t have access to sunlight,” said Ella Frank of the Missouri Humane Society.
The Humane Society says dogs are ready for adoption on an individual basis.Click to see when you’re ready to hire here..
