NS. Louis (KMOV.com)-The Humane Society’s Animal Cruelty Task Force has rescued 42 dogs and puppies from Puppy Mill in southern Missouri, the organization said.
The dog was rescued from the Cedar Crest kennel in Douglas County. It is on the list. In 2020, the owner issued a detention order from Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt for violating the Animal Welfare Act.
