Huron Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Detroit, has Pueblo Mechanical and Controls, a Texas HVAC and plumbing installation, remodeling and repair service platform, at Central Air and Heating Service Inc, also in Lone Star. Announced that it has acquired.

The deal, whose financial details have not been revealed, expands Pueblo’s presence to southern Texas.

Family-owned and operated by the family since 1972, CAHS provides schools, businesses, and other institutions with the installation, repair, and replacement of air conditioning and heating systems throughout the Lower Rio Grande Valley.

Over the last 49 years, CAHS has built many long-term relationships with commercial and industrial customers, school districts and universities.

ExecFactor combines the CEO’s industry expertise with Huron Capital’s investment experience and commitment capital.
