I caught a man running away with a gun while holding a gun in East Nashville | News – Nashville-Davidson, Tennessee

Nashville (WSMV)-A man was indicted Thursday night after seeing police flee the shooting while holding a pistol in East Nashville.

According to court documents, 26-year-old Deandre Marsh was the man who saw a policeman running after hearing gunshots near Fatherland Street and South Force Street.

Marsh was found two feet away from the gun when he was detained. He told the police that he had a gun, but he had just picked up a weapon from the ground.

Marsh was put in jail overnight with a $ 5,000 bond. He is currently facing possession of a pistol.
