The video was released Wednesday after he received his second impeachment. This time it was a Republican vote. Trump also called on supporters to maintain peace amid concerns about further violence in the days before President Joe Biden took office.

Mr. Trump said: “I want to be very clear. I clearly condemn the violence I saw last week.” He said, “Like you, I was shocked and deeply saddened by the calamity.” “I couldn’t support political violence,” he said. “There are no true supporters.”

Mr. Trump also said he had instructed federal agencies to “use all the resources needed to maintain order in Washington, DC.”

Trump didn’t mention becoming the first president Impeached twice in the history of the country.
