Kansas City, Missouri (KCTV)-An independent man has been found guilty in federal court of his role in a plot to distribute over 250 kilograms of methamphetamine on the subway.
Noah Frazier, 39, was found guilty of two indictments. One count of plots to distribute methamphetamine and one count of being a serious offender in possession of firearms.
Frazier pleaed guilty and admitted that he had distributed at least 5 kilograms of stimulants throughout the metropolitan area from 2018 to 2019. He and his conspirators did this from his independence dwelling.
In February 2019, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant in Frazier’s independent home. There, they confiscated gun parts, bulletproof vests, some guns, more than 200 ammunition, and drug-related equipment.
Frazier is, in this case, the third defendant pleaded guilty. He could face up to 50 years in federal prison without parole. A sentencing trial is not yet scheduled.
