India’s national single-window system for investors launched by a company

India yesterday launched the National Single Window System (NSWS) for investors and businesses for government approval and approval. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Textiles, Consumer Affairs, and Public Distribution Minister Piyush Goyal said NSWS heralded the arrival of a legacy of running for various government agencies for approval and registration.

The portal will improve the ease of doing business, provide rest from heavy paperwork, and reduce duplication and information asymmetry, the minister said in an official release.

The portal currently hosts approvals in 18 central government departments and 9 states. An additional 14 central sectors and 5 states will be added by December this year.
