Kansas City, Missouri — Jackson County Democratic Party Chair Paul Labeck died Wednesday at his home in Sugar Creek, Missouri.
Wrabec, 64, chaired the party for several years.
“As former chairman, we have lost a very good civil servant and a man who was deeply concerned about his community,” said Phil Lavota, a local lawyer working in democratic politics.
Democrats Missouri thanked Wrabec for his service to the party.
