Mission NS-14 is expected to test safety and communication systems prior to the company’s plans to send its crew into space. The spacecraft has two parts: a crew capsule and a booster. Capsules are designed to carry humans on missions sometime in the future.
According to NASA Spaceflight, the capsule has six seats and contains a test dummy called the Mannequin Skywalker.

This mission is the latest in a series of plans by the founders of Amazon that unveiled the Moon’s colonization project in 2019.
“We’re going to pave the way for space,” Bezos said at the time, not knowing how the colony would be built, but “a particular gate, a particular precursor” that needs to be finally established. He added that he had a “body.” Achieving that goal led Blue Origin.
