Little Rock, Ark (AP) — Former reality TV star Josh Duggar will be released while awaiting trial on suspicion of downloading and possessing child pornography.

On Wednesday, Judge Christie Comstock of the US District Court ordered Dagger to be locked up in the home of a family friend who agreed to serve as a custodian during his release.

The judge banned Duggar from devices with internet access.

Comstock too Added Daggers can only interact with their children while they have a wife and cannot be around other minors, including other family members.

Prosecutor Say In May 2019, Duggar owned material depicting the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12.

Dagger starred in TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting” and withdrew from the network in 2015 after it was revealed that Dagger had sexually abused his four sisters and babysitters.

He was charged with federal child pornography on Friday.

According to the Associated Press, Dagger has pleaded not guilty.
