According to the affidavit, George “made a voluntary utterance that he knew the police were there because he killed the man early that morning.”

George pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, a Weld County law firm said in a media release.

The motion hearing is scheduled for December 21, and the jury trial is scheduled to begin on February 7, 2022.
