Kansas City, Kansas (KCTV) – At Kansas City Public Schools, Kansas, all students, staff, parents, and visitors are required to wear masks at school.

Voting for this plan was passed at a regular board of education meeting on Tuesday.

A mask is also required for the school bus.

Students must be up-to-date on immunity to attend in accordance with state law 72-6261.

In addition, “implement social distance in the classroom as much as possible.”

Online learning and resources are provided through Greenbush, but KCKPS teachers teach only direct students. According to the slides presented during the meeting, registration information will be provided through Student Services.
