Kansas City, Missouri (KCTV) – Kansas City Public Schools are partnering with the Truman Medical Center to provide vaccines to all employees and begin to bring students back to study directly.
Public health authorities have placed high priority on educators to return students to direct learning in March. The announcement was made at the KCPS Board of Directors Virtual Meeting on Wednesday.
“We need to bring our students back to learning directly. We know that the fastest and safest way to do this is with vaccination,” said Mark Bedel. “I am grateful to our public health partners and personally ready to be vaccinated as soon as possible.”
