KSNW, Wichita — Eljay Reinhardt, the lowest detainee at the Wichita Work Liberation Facility, was put out after leaving the facility around 11:30 pm on Friday night.

A 40-year-old Caucasian man was reported missing after work on Friday evening when he did not report to the facility.

Reinhardt is currently convicted in Sedgwick County for possessing opium, opium, narcotics, or designer stimulants.

Reinhardt was last seen leaving the company with another individual on a yellow antique truck at 700 blocks on Northwest Street in Wichita, Kansas.

Reinhardt is 6 feet 1 inch, 225 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. He has a “EHAR & 2-8-01” neck tattoo and a triangular design tattoo under the left ear of the neck. Reinhardt was finally seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
