Kern County Public Health Services reported one new coronavirus death and 85 new confirmed cases on Wednesday.
This brings the county’s death toll from the beginning of the pandemic to 1,293 and the number of cases to 106,628.
Public health reports that 38,198 people have recovered from their illness, and it is estimated that 64,575 have recovered.
This is a breakdown of the age of positive cases. From 12,872 to 17 years old. 64,297 people aged 18-49. 19,443 people aged 50-64. 9,943 people aged 65 and over.
The state reports that 46 people have been hospitalized in COVID-19 in Khan, 13 of whom are in the intensive care unit.
