Kern County Public Health Services reported 24 new cases of coronavirus on Thursday morning, with no new deaths.
This brings the county’s number of cases to 110,546 since the pandemic began to occur. 1,400 people have died.
Public health reports that 39,727 people have recovered from their illness, and it is estimated that more than 68,300 have recovered.
This is a breakdown of the age of positive cases. 13,543 people under the age of 17. 66,665 people between the ages of 18 and 49. 20,046 people aged 50-64. 10,199 people aged 65 and over.
The state reports that 25 people were hospitalized with COVID-19 in Khan, five of whom were in the intensive care unit.
