Portage County, Ohio (WJW) – Portage County Animal Conservation League They say they take care of kittens abandoned in boxes in a local graveyard.

A woman visiting the graveyard reportedly found a closed box in the graveyard on a 90-degree day. The kitten had no water or food. According to APL, the inside of the box was very hot.

“We never understand how anyone can do this,” wrote Portage County APL. Facebook post.

The kittens were named marble, granite and slate. APL says they will soon be available. They are about 12 weeks old.
