Las Vegas (KTNV) —Wednesday night, a family in the valley competes for ABC’s Great Christmas Light Fight in the holiday spotlights.
They are running to win the $ 50,000 grand prize.
This is a moment that has been created over the years.
It’s hard to find a child here who isn’t laughing or laughing.
The sight of this Christmas illumination is a dazzling show.
Approximately 80,000 lights were all meticulously fixed and timed out to 19 songs.

Houses often attract a crowd of dozens
“When you come here, we try to do everything we can in our house, which seems like a great thing,” said visitor Beatrice Sanchez.
All of them are designed by Jeff and Karol Doudi.
They were asked what it would be like to have people pull them out of the house and thank them for all the work they did.

“It’s really nice to go home and see the crowd in front of the house,” Jeff replied.
“When people actually enjoy it, we love it when people can enjoy it and see it,” Carroll said.
This didn’t all happen overnight.
Since 2014, the family has been trying to participate in the Great Christmas Light Fight at ABC.
One of the reasons Jeff and Karol believe they didn’t make a cut is because of their vestibule. It’s about 6 feet wide. They knew they needed more decoration, but there wasn’t enough space and only one option was left. It is to move up and down.
The couple put a decoration on top of the two-story house and it worked.
This year is their year.
I was asked what it was like the moment I received the notification.
“It was great. We were very excited but a little panicked. We were like” Oh my god “and I couldn’t really believe it was real,” Carroll said. Said.
The couple swear secretly about the result.
But after all, the facial expressions of these kids tell us more than any other judge so far.
The episode of Great Christmas Light Fight on Wednesday will air here on Channel 13 at 8pm.
