LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Officers from the Las Vegas Metro were dispatched to investigate an unresponsive woman found near Nellis Boulevard and Harmon Avenue at approximately 9:14 a.m. Thursday.
Arriving officers found an adult female lying near a raised planter. Medical personnel responded and declared her dead at the scene.
There were no immediate signs of foul play, and the woman was transferred to the Clark County Coroner’s Office. At an autopsy Friday, the coroner ruled the woman’s cause of death and cause of death to be homicide.
This death is being investigated by the LVMPD Homicide Section.
The victim’s identity will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
