Las Vegas police say man found dead in vacant lot Monday near Charleston, US95 | News – Las Vegas, Nevada

Las Vegas (FOX5)-The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced on Tuesday that a man was found dead in a vacant lot near Charleston Boulevard and US-95.

Around 3 pm on Monday, police reported that LVMPD was a man who was found to be unresponsive in a vacant lot of 1100 blocks on Pearl Avenue. LVMPD said in a news release that the corresponding police officer found a man who was clearly suffering from blunt trauma.

Medical personnel arrived at the scene and declared that the man had died.

According to police, the murder investigator has not identified the suspect or motivation and the investigation is ongoing.

The identity of the victim and the cause and method of death will be announced by the Clark County Coroner Office.
