Everett, Washington (AP) — In several counties in western Washington, last year, in unspecified races throughout the state, auditors used uncertified voting equipment to manipulate thousands of ballots. A proceeding has been filed.
The Daily Herald reports that proceedings in the Snohomish, Whatcom, and Clark counties require a “full court audit” that takes place in the same way as in Arizona. The legal pursuit is run by the Union of Washington Election Integrity, the main plaintiff, led by Tamborine Borelli of Gig Harbor.
Jason Cummings, chief prosecutor of Snohomish County, said he was disappointed that the theme of the Arizona audit faction was about to move into Washington.
