ST. Charles County, Missouri (KMOV.com)-A man in Lincoln County was killed in a fall accident on Wednesday morning on Interstate 70 to the east after one of the truck’s tires punctured.
A single-vehicle collision occurred near Cave Springs at 6:30 am. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the 49-year-old Kenneth Grant of the Moscow Mills was traveling east on the Interstate Highway when the front right tire of a cement truck punctured. The truck left the right side of the road and capsized on the roof.
He was declared dead at 6:50 am by the first respondent on the scene.
All lanes on the interstate highway have been reopened. The crew blocks the outer road as a heavy tow vehicle attempts to remove the overturned vehicle.
