Colorado Springs — A house in the Broadmoor Bluffs area, known as the “Small Slice of Hell,” went on sale within a week of its first listing.
Last week, real estate agent Mimi Foster listed the house for $ 590,000. On Saturday, FOX21 learned that the house was officially under contract. Buyers are described as “neighborhood locals” who are familiar with the area and are expected to inspect their homes on Sundays.
“We have received dozens of offers,” Foster told FOX21. “The seller is happy with the result.”
The house came to the fore after a disgruntled former tenant used spray paint and a hammer to create internal turmoil. In addition to the destruction of paint and hammers, the property features an underground freezer, a deck that isn’t properly installed in the house, and rotten meat that has been rotten for over a year.
At this time, the final selling price has not been announced.
