Santa Ana, Cagayan, February 23 (PIA) — Approximately 200 job seekers from local governments and local residents in Santa Ana are today for their wedding anniversary employment briefing at the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA). We gathered at the city gymnasium here.
Charlotte Collado, Cagayan Offices, Head of CEZA Media Relations, said the job fair was in line with CEZA’s mission and is an ongoing effort to provide employment opportunities to Cagayan and the surrounding area.
The job fair was held at the same time as the medical and optical missions.
According to Corrado, the job fair is run by CEZA’s Bureau of Labor and Employment (LEPO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Corrado added that minimum health standards, such as the physical distance and wearing of face masks, are being followed and job seekers will wait for an interview.
Some of the jobs in the local placement include front desk clerk, hotel supervisor, head waiter, lifeguard, senior structural steel detail clerk, structural steel checker, office assistant, office housekeeping, waitress. Included, receptionists, waitresses, casino cctv operators, and casino card dealers.
Economic locators including Eastern Hawaii Leisure Company Limited, North Cagayan Gaming and Amusement Corporation, IKONA Drafting Services Philippines, Nassim Hotel and Beach Resort, Country Inn Hotel, Pacific Solutions Management Consultancy Services, Cagayan Holiday Leisure & Resort Corporation participated.
